Our mission at BOOST is to provide world class strength and conditioning education and coaching for players of all ages in a facility designed specifically for the sport of lacrosse.

BOOST Class Spring Schedule

Youth S&C (5th-8th Grade): M/Tu/Th 2:30-3:30pm

Youth Lacrosse (5th-8th Grade): M/Tu/Th 3:30-4:30pm

High School & College: Mon-Fri 10:30am-Noon (Starts 5/14)

Adult Fitness: Mon-Fri 9:30-10:30am
