Our online training program for the lacrosse player is focused on providing the best strength & conditioning possible and producing stronger, faster, more explosive players. Utilizing our private @boostlacrossenation instagram page, we can provide year round programming to any player, anywhere in the world.

  • Weekly Programming: Monday through Friday programming through our private instagram page

    • Monday: Speed/Agility

    • Tuesday: Upper Body & MetCon

    • Wednesday: Active Recovery/Mobility

    • Thursday: Lower Body & MetCon

    • Friday: Full Body Circuit Training

    • Saturday/Sunday: Off

  • Nutrition: Nutrition tips and guidance on how to clean up your eating habits in order to properly fuel for the game.

  • Ongoing Coaching Via Exclusive Instagram Page: 24/7 communication with your BOOST coaches and other #BOOSTNation members. We provide feedback and answer any and all questions from members. This is where the #BOOSTNation truly comes together.
