We coach athletes from 10 years old all the way up to the professional level, players who are just starting out, as well as long time veterans.

All you need is to be 100% dedicated to your goals and leave the rest to us.

Our programs fit any level player. Safety, efficiency, and accountability are focus points in BOOST programming to improve overall performance on the field.

Youth 5th - 8th Grade

We offer two programs for Youth Athletes: a Strength & Conditioning Class and a Lacrosse Class. 

Our S&C class is focused primarily on developing the athlete's speed, power and overall athleticism.  There is no lacrosse involved with this class and is open to all sports. 

Our Lacrosse Class is an hour of lacrosse skill and development. Players at this level already understand the basics of lacrosse. Our program hones in on specific drills, techniques, and strategies to improve playing skills in order to perform successfully during games. 

These two classes focus on not only enhancing lacrosse performance, but introducing the importance of strength and conditioning off the field.

For Lacrosse Class: Must bring water, stick, gloves, helmet, goggles, mouthguard to every class. No cleats, only sneakers!

High School

High school athletes know the importance of commitment and dedication to their sport both on and off season. This comprehensive program focuses on maintaining strength that can be lost over the season, as well as recovery and mobility in order to avoid injury on the field. The game of lacrosse is all about speed and power and this is what we focus on at this level.

Must bring water and sneakers, no cleats!

College

Seasonal Schedule (June 1 - August 31)

Our summer program for the collegiate player is focused on recovery from the prior season and improving for the upcoming season. With this all encompassing program, we have seen major improvements in our players' strength, speed, and stick skills in just a few short months.

The goal here is to produce stronger, faster, more explosive players by the end of the summer. Our unique approach provides the athlete an experience they could not get in an average gym setting.


Must bring water, stick, gloves, helmet, goggles, mouthguard to every class. No cleats, only sneakers!

Included with our College Program:

  • Strength and Conditioning: This is our main focus. Athletes will learn how to move correctly and efficiently with and without weights. 
     

  • Speed/Agility: This is an enormous piece to our program. Depending on the athlete's position, we will have specific drills to maximize their improvement on the field. 
     

  • Mobility/Recovery Work: Recovery from the season is paramount.  We spend a good amount of the summer working on recovery tactics to keep them on the field and off the injury list.

  • Stick Work: The goal here is to constantly be getting reps and touches to their stick so their skills become better than ever.
     

  • Nutrition: Every athlete will receive guidance on how to clean up their nutrition. We will address how to fuel for the game.
     

  • Open Gym Access: Every BOOST Athlete will have access to all of the gym where they can come get a workout and practice skill work on their own.
