Youth 5th-8th Grade Programs
We offer two programs for Youth Athletes: a Strength & Conditioning Class and a Lacrosse Class. These two classes focus on not only enhancing lacrosse performance, but introducing the importance of strength and conditioning off the field.
•Our S&C Class is focused primarily on developing the athlete's speed, power and overall athleticism. There is no lacrosse involved with this class and is open to all sports.
•Our Lacrosse Class is an hour of lacrosse skill and development. Players at this level already understand the basics of lacrosse. Our program hones in on specific drills, techniques, and strategies to improve playing skills in order to perform successfully during games. Must bring water, stick, gloves, helmet, goggles, mouthguard to every class. No cleats, only sneakers!
